Williams Automotive Auto Repair LLC was built on a simple promise: honesty, safety, and service you can trust. Since opening our doors in Fairfield, IA in 2021, we’ve proudly served our community with a commitment to doing things the right way. Backed by over 35 years of ASE-certified experience, owners Mark and Samantha Williams lead a team that knows cars inside and out—and cares deeply about the people who drive them.

Mark has spent decades in the automotive industry and grew tired of seeing customers taken advantage of. That frustration sparked a mission: to create a place where integrity comes first. At Williams Automotive, we will never sell a vehicle we wouldn’t let our own kids drive. Every car on our lot is thoroughly inspected and road-tested because your safety is our top priority. If a vehicle isn’t roadworthy, we’ll help you scrap it rather than put you at risk.

For years I have gone to a local mechanic for service/maintenance. I had recently purchased 4 new tires from them and my car had been very shaky. I took it back to them multiple times and they just kept rebalancing and telling me everything was fine. I decided to take my car to Williams for a second opinion. Turns out, two of the tires that the other shop had sold me had flat spots. I reached out to them and they refused to replace the tires and told me nothing was wrong. I decided to return to Williams and have them do the work. Williams even took my car to another shop in town just to confirm they were correct. Not only did they find flat spots, they found I had a dented rim and leaking shocks. Williams had replaced it all for me, as well as replacing my turbo- all within a couple of weeks. They are truly amazing and genuine people. They are not in it for the money, they are in it to help. I now feel so much safer in my car and have peace knowing my 3 year old is safer as well.
