Their prices seem to be better than most and they really care about getting it right. They don't just throw parts at a problem and then carelessly shrug their shoulders when it didn't fix things even though I know process of elimination is just part of how car repair has to go sometimes. They always offer to show me my old, broken parts which I appreciate. Every area of life feels so expensive these days. It definitely makes the sticker shock hurt a little less when you know the person you're dealing with is honest and ethical.
